Technical Department

Innovation and Personalised Customer Service
Our Technical Department boasts a highly qualified team of seven design engineers dedicated to delivering complete prototyping services starting from the first product development stages. Thanks to our long experience and the know-how we have built up in over 40 years of business, we are capable of tackling even the most complex projects. Our mission is to adapt every project to the specific needs of our customers and guarantee results that exceed expectations.

Turning and Milling

Excellence in Production.
Our turning and milling department extends over a surface area of 2000 m², entirely dedicated to production. Here we use cutting-edge machinery, relying on production with 3-4-5-axis machines. By combining expert personnel and modern technologies we are able to achieve high levels of efficiency. Every processing step is optimised so as to ensure precise, timely results.

Controlled temperature

The controlled temperature department is one of our strong points. Here we carry out high-precision profile grinding and electrical discharge machining operations.

Electrical discharge machining

Electrical discharge machining is the best technology for producing through profiles on conductive materials with extremely low tolerances. Our department has 5 high-precision GF machines to perform these machining operations.

Profile grinding

Thanks to highly specialised personnel and latest generation machinery (Hauser and Röders), we can offer profile grinding processes with micron tolerances, thus guaranteeing unequalled quality and accuracy in all applications.

Quality control

The quality control department checks the dimensions and conformity of the machined parts using precision instruments to ensure top standards of performance in processes.

Assembly and service

Every product is assembled and tested internally to assure proper functioning. We offer rapid, efficient after-sales support in order to guarantee our customers in the food and pharmaceutical and battery sectors solutions that are always optimal.

Machinery

We constantly strive to improve our production capacities through targeted investments in the most advanced technologies. Our new investments focus on various machines:

N. 1° Toyoda FH630SX-i 5-axis horizontal milling station, with double pallet. The FH630SX-i is a powerful high-speed horizontal machining centre featuring a 15,000 rpm spindle.
N. 1° Profile grinding machine; the RÖDERS RXP950 allows for grinding profiles having complex geometries, with millesimal tolerances, thanks to its structure and the rotation of the 36,000 rpm spindle.

People

Three new hires, we strengthened the adjustment and assembly department with 2 people.
An additional person was added to strengthen the purchasing/production department.

R&D

BAMBU LAB X1E 3D Printer. This printer makes it possible to obtain a 3D printed copy of the finished thermoformed product in order to assess, together with the customer, any necessary corrections to introduce to the mould before proceeding with production.
